Edgerstoune Road and Winant Road

Edgerstoune Road and Winant Road are local roads located off of Route 206 in the western part of Princeton Township.

Both Edgerstoune Road and Winant Road will be repaired and resurfaced, and the sanitary sewer system will be repaired. The sewer main will be lined and undergo spot repairs as necessary. Sewer lateral repair and replacement will occur from the main to the right-of-way, and work on private property will be completed as necessary. Edgerstoune Road will have laid back Belgian block curbing installed. Also, a storm drainage system with curb inlets will replace the existing drainage ditches along the roadway.

The proposed project offers multiple benefits to residents of Edgerstoune Road and Winant Road. The sanitary system will be repaired. A smooth surface for cyclists and vehicles will increase safety. Adequate roadway sloping and an extended storm water drainage system will eliminate ponding and icy conditions that can be hazardous. The amount of roadway maintenance required will also be reduced due to the resurfaced roadway.
