Cedar Lane, Southern Way, and Western Way

Cedar Lane, Southern Way, and Western Way are local roads located in the eastern part of Princeton Township.

The Township has proposed a project to improve these three roads. The sanitary sewer main will be lined and undergo spot repairs. There will be lateral repair and replacements from the main to the right of way; work on private property will occur as necessary. A storm drainage system will be installed and connected into the existing system on Sycamore Road. All three roads will receive new road surfaces. Hazardous or deteriorating sections of existing sidewalk on Cedar Lane will be repaired. Existing curb on Cedar Lane will also be replaced as necessary.

Benefits of this project include increased safety, reduced necessity for maintenance, and improved and repaired drainage and sanitary sewer systems. A smooth roadway surface will be safer for cyclists and vehicles that use it. Improved paving and drainage will eliminate ponding and icy road conditions. Repaired sidewalks will offer a safe passage for pedestrians, and the sanitary sewer system will be updated and repaired as necessary.
