To the Township residents, all the residential new assessments have been sent out.  If you have misplaced your notice or feel you did not receive one, please call Appraisal Systems, 1-800-994-1999 and they will send it out to you.  Also, the informal hearing appointments are currently taking place in the Township building.  If you feel your home is not correct, please call them and schedule an appointment.   You can also view preliminary assessment values on Appraisal Systems web site at asinj.com and look up your neighborhood map number and compare sales and assessments.  And a book with all the online information will be available at the Township building in the Collector office for your information gathering.
